Cat Box Pet Express Fairland

Great shop on the way home - they open till 6pm week days in a convenient little strip mall with a really good carwash as well. They stock Amigo dogfood which is economical and fantastic for my older and young dogs - small turds, no farts, their coats silky, the older dogs move better now. Good selection of dog treats, Simparica, Regal remedies, and Kyron joint powders for older dogs. And lots of other good stuff. O and they do the metal engraved dog tags, the machine engraved them right there in the shop. All kinds of nice shapes and colours. Friendly and helpful staff. Im back there at least once a month for over a year now.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to get some Mynah pellets I was struggling to find.

Not good any more . Prices are absolutely high Parrot food has increased and no peanuts in packet. Cat food prices have gone crazy Cat sand has gone up in price and size has decreased. In less than 6 months its gone from a great store to a bad store . Thumbs down.

Lady is rude. Gave me treats for my puppies paid for them them gave the puppy one only to find out its strictly not for puppies. Also insanly expensive

Lovely bright, clean and open store. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the dog food I bought was a fair price.

Very bad service. The staff don't know the products they have in the store and their customer interaction is very bad and rude. I don't recommend anyone going to this store. The company needs to ensure that their front line staff are trained and know how to interact with customers.

Good shop Only prices have gone sky high
