The ladies who assisted me were very well versed on all products they stock. i thought they didn't have what i wanted and i was crushed, but only for a second until she showed me there was indeed. Ps. Extract cbd calm for Pets is THE best!! Service was prompt, efficient, compassionate, friendly, professional and Good at sales! i purchased bravecto x2 i wasn't even planning too. May God bless them abundantly. salt of the earth they are!! i loved every shopping experience second there!!
Fantastic service. I specifically come to this store when looking for treats for my furbabies. They have great range.
Friendly staff, good deals as well.
BUYER BEWARE! I am wondering if the poor service cascades all the way to the top, let me explain why. Bought many pet foods from this store, but until the company went 'in-store' only, things are falling apart. Fortunately there's many online competition, but I digress. I go to the store for a wonderful advertised special on Purina wet food. Want to go pay....oh sorry, special has stopped. No honouring of advertised price, sorry. Okay, so what is the price. Even their normal retail price is incorrectly marked. What the heck! Okay, let me consider your bundle special on Royal Canin - buy any 4kgs and get a box of wet food. No 4kgs, but I can buy 2 x 2kgs at a premium. Come on, I am buying the entire bundle offering, it is not a promotion whatsoever. This is the most anti-consumer branch and perhaps even company. I can't even go online to experience their specials. If you have read this far, it doesn't stop there. Have placed an order two weeks ago on the 4kg Royal Canin. I can bet you I'll get a call when the special is over. Round of a applause for Petshop Science, Northgate! Oooo wait, one more, I asked the person if she even cares about the poor service offering at the store, I received no response. In conclusion, you cannot trust any price at this store. Their promotions are a gamble. Stock is low to non existent on the larger portions. You cannot even order online as an alternative. Customer service, dead.
