Pro Pet Factory Shop

Their high prices could be overlooked if they had decent service. Service is absolutely atrocious, and the woman in the store is rude and entitled. Waited outside for 20 minutes. Rang the bell 4 times. No answer. Only when the delivery driver entered and told them someone is waiting did they come out. Before she opened the gate, her 1st question was, "Did you ring the bell?" Not thank you for waiting. Not apologies for the wait, "did you ring the bell?" When I said yes, 4 times she opened the gate and walked to the till. Not even a hello! Unprofessional and rude. We overlook the high prices of small businesses because we understand how difficult it is to keep a small business afloat, but that overlooking should never come at the expense of good customer service!

Phone doesn't get answered, apparently it's out of order. Neither do emails! Not sure how one is supposed to contact Pro Pet if their communication channels are ignored. Frustrating to say the least.

Good variety of pet accessories, foods, treats and general things with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice.

Fresh trachea and uncooked bones for dogs.

Best dog food at good prices
