Yesterday they produced everything I was looking for, after failing to get it at many other shops. I always browse around and find interesting stuff.

Staff is arrogant, i bought a fishtank there and it leaked i took it back they said they fixed it yet it still leaks. Then they try and blameand shout at me and swear me. Ridiculous.
Atmosphere is horrible. Animals like baby chickens and large spiders in suboptimal enclosures. No one even offered to assist us.
Wanted medication for my dog. They don't sell medicine
Was there and bought a hamster. When I first saw how rude and unhelpful the staff was I wanted to leave everything, but I couldn’t leave the hamster. There is not a smile on a staff’s face and I actually felt super awkward while waiting to be helped. I definitely wont encourage anyone to shop there. The animals are kept in the worst enclosures. I was also given my hamster in a KFC box that they couldn’t have even bothered to clean.
Great service .. people always there to help you.
