Purchased a 8.5m tank plus gave me beautiful fish, with a good deal will definitely come back .Friendly Staff at the store: Bianca ,petro and Owner is sweet Jeanine . Always a pleasure visiting them as their stock is always on top off everyone. The petshop in river reef is unfriendly and stock is always low and some of their stock dies and they hardly accept returns where as this petshop guarantees you for 72 hours. Well Done Tropical Pets KZN
We went to tropical pets looking for a hamster ( wich they had ) but we fell in love with one of their rats instead. We named her duchess ( it took forever to choose a name ) and she is very friendly .Were planning on visiting soon !!
I bought a second hand tank from them and had to pay for it to secure it. Before I could collect, the tank cracked on their side. I requested a refund of my money and they never refunded me. Still struggling to get my refund out of them today. It's almost been a month.
Incredibly rude. It seems that they are unable to respond decently to someone simply because they disagree with you.
Awesome setup with reasonable price
