Hi team at City pets, we just want to say a huge thank you for grooming our two rescue poms with such care. It had taken us a year to finally get them to a groomer and we made the best choice! They look ADORABLE! Lameck and the team behind the scenes are absolutely amazing. Highly recommended them for even nervous dogs(they help local rescues with their animals). They also have an awesome loyalty card with 10th groom free. 5 stars from us.
City Pets have been amazing in attending to our little boy. The staff are always sweet and professional. They are really affordable with their grooming fees. In addition, they do have a quite a large range of products for animals.
Absolutely love City Pets Wilropark. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone! City Pets Wilropark comes to fetch my Great Danes and Yorkie once a month without a hassle. My great dane has sensitive and dry skin which they treat each time they go. My Danes love the team and can’t wait to go for their pamper when they see the City Pets van.
We took our Teal there for the first time today. After years of going to other groomers and being less than impressed by their work, we have finally found Teal's forever groomers. The staff who tended to her were genuinely loving towards her. It was the first time she emerged from a groom with her tail wagging and a smile on her dial. Thank you, Julie and staff. We are very happy with the service.
I actually don't know what to say😍 You guys are amazing😍 I have a very anxious senior doggie and she was treated like royalty at City Pets Wilropark😍 The lady who groomed her-you are an angel sent from above❤️ Thank you for caring for Nira and treating her so gently🥺 All the staff are so calm and loving🥺 I will never take Nira anywhere else🐾 May God bless you guys🙏❤️🙏
I absolutely love julie and her team, I came in a nervous wreck with my baby coconut and they completely calmed me down and treated my baby with the utmost care, I have definitely found my forever groomer😊
Julie is an angel from heaven. She has a heart filled with passion for animals and people. The service was excellent. I will never ever use any other groomer for my little one.
