They have a lot of pet products to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful. The bird cages looks clean and neat and a lot of variety of fish and plants. Bought shrimps from them years ago and they did well we even bred with them!
Bought 2 goldfish with a bottle of their special water. Followed their instructions. Acclimatised them before transferring them and they died overnight. Phoned hoping they would exchange them as I have an upset child on my hands. I was told they can't help me. I find this disturbing seeing as they had some dead fish floating in their tanks. I should have seen that as a sign. Who is to say they were not already sick and the transport was just too much for them.
