Petworld XXL Roodepoort

We Always go there for pet grooming and they truly are the best! While currently going through a renovation Vicky and her team are still professional, super friendly and helpful while working very hard to change the outlay of the shop doing all heavy lifting themselves by hand! Luv u guys to bits!

Dead fish left in tanks.... No stock, only thing that seemed alive was the lady at the tille who evidently does not get Managment support. Don't go rather check at a few other places

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable about tick treatments. They did not disappoint and went above my expectations

Was there last weekend, looking for Angel Fish for my tank. We had to struggle to find staff to assist and found at least 1 dead fish in almost every tank. Some had up to 3 dead fish in it. Really not a great way to encourage people to buy fish. Ended up going elsewhere and purchasing the fish I wanted

This store is generally pricey, but the staff are super friendly and the store is always spotless. Worth it for the service and quality, even if it hurts the wallet a bit.

I appreciate the lady at the counter helping me with even assisting to do research just to insure it is what I was looking for. Staff Friendly even the Security Guard. Thank you for your kindness. It makes a difference

They are not as big as they used to be but we found the bird food we were looking for and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
