our dog came back with grazes and rashes on her body, cuts, and she was acting very different, like she’d been traumatized. They didn't even inform us that they hurt her in multiple places. Never taking her back
Love them so friendly and kind to us and our pets. I use to take my dogs to another parlour and my dogs always came back scared tail between the legs. Now they so happy wagging there tails when we collect them. I would like to thank all the people working there for everything they do for our pets
I was genuinely passing. But this store made me wish my cat was in Secunda
VERY well priced. Friendly staff. They also offer a collect and drop off service. The dogs are always happy, clean and smell good too.
We were happy with the shave but was left with an eye infection. He was not rinsed properly and got hair in hes eye. Other than that, not bad.
First on a previous time they cut my yorkies fringe then last time they shave my biewer skin off
