Clicks Pharmacy Springs Mall

I'm not a happy customer! So, yesterday I went to the pharmacy for my chronic meds, which is covered through my medical aid. Only to be told that I had to pay for it. My medical aid says it's a Clicks Pharmacy problem as your settings have been changed/ altered on your side from monthly to quarterly. Oh, and next month I have to pay for my chronic medication AGAIN, as per your pharmacist!! Sort it out please, or you leave me no choice but to us another pharmacy.

Good day, This afternoon I was at Clicks Springs Mall, there was a advertisement for if you buy a Rimmel foundation you get R450 gift, however when I asked avout this the lady said well there is no gifts, when I asked why the advertisement has not been taken off as this is false advertisement she just spoke to another lady and then they both just said well there is nothing the can do as there is no gifts. Both very rude and not helpful at all, just there I put it down and said I'll take my business else

The staff bang with monotonous continuity with keys/? on the glass front door in the mornings, for someone inside to open up. Surely, since the invention of cell phones, there is a more civilised way to communicate with the staff inside. Besides it being disturbing, it is not what the glass door was designed for.

I don't think it's possible for clicks to be any more useless. My doctor has emailed my script twice to 2 different email addresses at clicks springs mall and the pharmacy still has not received my script! However, I get it every time I am c.c'd on the email. This is why customers go to private businesses, because the frustration & time wasting is just not worth it.

The manager or whoever he is extremely rude and dismissive. The behaviour I experienced today was disgusting. I am a black woman and to experience such behaviour from a black employee is unacceptable as I hesitated to come forward to speak out because of the unemployment rate in this country and to not put another fellow South African down. This is the second time I’ve experienced this behaviour from this store. I can also add that white people are treated better . This manager could attend very well to the white person that was behind me but acted very classist towards me. I am disgusted and wish something would change so people are treated in a well deserved and respectful way. I got that that man’s name is Colleen from another staff member that helped me

The staff members are friendly. I like the ticketing system. It's unfortunate that very few customers understand that they can take a ticket and can then sit down. If they had someone explaining to those standing that their ticket is reserved and they will can take a seat and their ticket number will be called, more customers would sit down. Some of them thought I was pushing in when I took my ticket and then took a seat. I had to explain the procedure to them.

I honestly receive the best service everytime I visit this particular pharmacy. Cost effective medicine that really does the job. Pharmacists are friendly and professional and provide sound advise. I recommend.
