Game Springs

3 weeks ago I bought 3 x Camp Master Air Mattresses that were on special at R459 each. 2 of them now have multiple punctures yet the mattresses have not been near splinters or sharp objects, and have also not been overinflated. Makes you wonder why they are on special?

Very bad service from Michel Khumalo claiming to be a supervisor. I bought a fridge and was told it will be delivered the following day (24 hours) but when I got there and told them 24 hours has passed , Michel told to take my money.he didnt even tracked the pachel or even check what was the problem.very disappointing

Very bad experience, I went to the store to buy a microwave today 5 October 2024. I got there and saw Defy solo with mirror finish and a lady staff member came to assist and then I said why are the boxes broken/ torn. She said it's just the boxes and they're all bad but the product inside is not damaged. I then took the box and paid, when they checkout at the door the lady at the door said they don't open the boxes. Everything is fine. I trusted the process and then when I get home the product is damaged. Game store springs mall did me dirty

Worst service ever. I'd give it 0 stars if it were possible. Postponed the delivery date 3 times. Still waiting for my items to be delivered. Never shopping here again.

I called game store to find out if they got stock of ryobi glue gun spoke to Lebo . She said let me take your number I will call you back Indeed she called me back .i received the best service over phone !! We need people like her thnx in a million ❤️

Asked for assistance. Wanted, called the manager, who called someone to assist. Nobody came Went elsewhere.

Disgusting attitude and service from the security at the door..The staff in general needs customers management training.The manager is the same…
