Customer Reviews
Hewitt Street Mega Mica has a rating of 4.4 out of 5 based on over 778 reviews on Google
I got a quotation a couple of weeks back and I asked the person assisting me (Casey) if I come after 7 days what would the difference be and he stated that their prices are the same and they won't change even after the 7 days, now today when I went there prices are up and he is not in to rectify the mess, it cost me R800 more that I could have avoided if I knew that these were promotion prices. Super annoyed
So much for helping disabled people. ♿ I have a speech disability and so I send a whatsapp message. But no reply. After sending an sms to ask someone to answer my whatsapp message, still no reply. Then I got another WhatsApp number for the same shop, and once again no reply. Then I had to call myself and after batlling for 35 minutes trying to tell the salesperson what I need, I had to give up the call. So yes, that went pretty well.
Love going to this mica, very helpful and friendly staff, they mostly have what we are looking for, and the prices are very fair
Well stocked, good service, reasonable prices. Well worth the visit.
Exceptional Service at Mica Springs! As someone with over 15 years’ experience in retail management, I write two types of reviews: when something goes wrong, I make sure to state it, and when something is done right, I usually don’t post — because excellent service is what we should be doing anyway in the service industry. But when something is truly excellent, I make sure to note it. Recently, I returned a Ryobi grinder under guarantee, and the service I received at Mica Springs was exceptional. Petrus, a new sales person, assisted me with patience and professionalism. The repairs and returns team handled the backend process efficiently, and Hemal, the owner’s son running the floor, ensured everything went smoothly. Instead of a standard exchange, I was upgraded to a better model without any hassle. That level of teamwork, attention, and genuine customer focus is rare in retail today. Mica Hewitt street has definitely earned me as a loyal client for life.
Great shopping experience Paypoints are not in order they don't follow normal structure
They have friendly helpful staff and their prices are competitive with what is available in the area. The only place to go to for your DIY projects and building materials
