Splash pets & grooming

Animals that was there in good health but some not there. Grounds in a poor state. Cable car not running one person said from before Covid so this is bad

I contacted them right before closing time and they still responded. Now that's service folks!!!! I had a peculiar enquiry and they were able to deliver. They have an open view grooming section, so you can view the entire process and know that your lil' pup is in save hands! Beautiful clean and neat store, attention to detail when it comes to customers. Thank you Splash!

Response to owner of Splash. Unfortunately this is not the first time it has happened I used to be a customer at your store, I used to go in often and buy a lot from you. She has been doing this since then, this incident happened yesterday. It is fine I will rather support a pet shop out of Springs as they do not seem to be so unfriendly. It is really unfortunate that this happened again as I was hoping to feel welcome in your store. Sadly this is not the case.

Spalsh pets & grooming I just want to say thank you firstly for the work and effort you guys do to the animals and as well as the grooming. This is the 3rd time my dogs are groomed by you and i am very happy. Excellent work guys. My dogs are treated very well. My dogs won't get another groomer except for Splash and the staff is sp friendly, that you feel like it's your own place. I like the fact that you can even sit and see how the dogs being groomed. Thank you so much

I took my small dog in for grooming. The 1st time it was exceptional service. The 2nd time it was traumatic for my dog. He was pulled around on the ears. He was grapped around the throat. The man helper definitely do not like dogs or he definitely hates his job. He grab the dogs on the ears and then pull the dogs face close to his and then it looks like he was telling the dog something. The dog is still not 100% after that session yesterday. I will definitely look for another pet groomer. Further on the staff is friendly and they provide good service. I think they must install cameras at the back if they cannot supervise the process.

If a professional groomer is being used why did she shave my German Shepherd. I did not ask for him to be shaved I asked for him to be groomed. Totally disgusted you do not understand that through your ignorance you have destroyed my beautiful boys summer coat and his defence against insects, weather etc Not happy at all !!!
