The Crazy Store Selcourt Towers

The staff was absolutely amazing. Went there for balloons and hillium pumping on 30/03/2025 in the morning, and it was packed, but the ladies held it down. I had a lot of balloons & they helped each other to help me. They knew how to deal with unpleasant customers they kept a smile and calm voice, and they were just awesome.

Friendly staff and always a great browsing experience. Always a lot of stock. Never had any problems to return an item if it was damaged or if the color was wrong. Very nice browsing store.

This used to be the best store around up until they started hiking the prices. Now the store is more expensive than stores around. E.g 6mm solar cable they charge R50/m. I personally won't be coming here until they get their act together. I even told the guys in there as all the items I needed were double the price.

I receive the best service from a lady named Maureen at this store. She is exceedingly helpful and cheerful with all her customers. Top notch.

I bought a watch. It broke after 2 weeks. Went to them for repairs. They told me they cant repair it because they dont have parts. Now i have to go and get it repaired somewhere else.

Always friendly staff and neat clean shop
