Clicks Pharmacy Ulundi

I visited your clicks store hoping for assistance , but unfortunately my experience was disappointing .The staff on pharmacy duty were unhelpful and dismissive when I asked for support , which made me feel uncomfortable and unheard as a customer in all honesty I was not impressed by your service ... I hope management addresses this so future customers receive the care and professionalism Clicks is known for.

Helpful and friendly staff both times I went there, well done guys👏

Service is extremely slow. There are no less than 3 pharmacists but it takes approximately 30 minutes to serve one person. Very disappointed. Bengenza kangcono to try and be more efficient.

Ulundi clicks have those experienced staff friendly yes but i have very bad experience a few months ago i was 7 months heavily pregnant when one lady was very rude, to me i still see her to this day and i refuse to be assisted by her. Actually its 2 ladies on different occasions and i have been angry for a while due to their behavior

The pharmacy has a very long line.the "pharmacist on duty" board day's all the pharmacist are in but when I came here there only 2 which made each and everyone of us in the line wait about 40 minutes. But the stuff are very welcoming and friendly

They service is very poor and only two pharmastist are working on a Monday, that very unprofessional. I personally think they should be something done we can't be waiting for 2hrs just to be assisted.

very bad experience i get at pharmacy, i found only 6 people in the queue but i waited for aprox 2 hours and the attitude of the assistant was disgusting. i wish management would do somthing about the staff they are toooo slow
