Small town with basic needs for the people
Great service . Thanks to the store manager Ntando Hlabisa. He is an iron man and very hands on while assisting clients as well. Great job Ntando. Not forgetting Cebo as well who is also helpful.
The manager is great after I had a bad experience with frozen groceries, refunded for the rotten stuff. Now the problem I am afraid to eat chicken and fish due to this bad experience. Don't know what will help me psychologically😫
They need to improve when it comes to express tills the ones that only take people with less than 10 items, you find people with fully packed trollies paying in those tills and it's so unfair if you really wanna buy few things and you have to que long ques. They need to take control of that...
Service is very poor you need to train your manager he doesn't know anything when it's comes to customer service and he's very rude 😒
