West Pack Lifestyle Vaal

I deducted two stars, not because of the products, but because of the service I received. They have a big variety of products, but when I asked an employee if they had a product they told me no and later I found it. No one helps you when you are searching for something. The products are very competitive with other shops. You can buy products in bulk, e.g. 5l cleaning products.

A great place with great prices for the things you'd usually not find at common shops

Probably the one-stop place that's got everything you need to host a kids party and any type of container you can possibly think of, pots, lids and plastic galore. Bought a 5L dishwashing liquid for R33.... The checkout experience is just a bit tiresome, takes a long time for some reason.

Something is seriously wrong with this Westpack! After a very popular plastic company closed nearby, this Westpack became the go-to place. The past 4 visits were beyond shocking. Were did all the friendly, helpful staff go? It feels hostile inside this shop. Just the , we don't know! Many products have no prices, and speaking to a manager today, he actually admitted that they have a problem with pricing. Well we can't smell the price and it's inconvenient. The stock is not exciting and there is a new plastic/ home store to look out for. Westpack Vaal. After today. You will never see me again. Get with the program. Staff is not motivated and the shop is just depressing! To say the least.

Love west pack lifestyle. Great service. The products can be so adorable I want them all. I buy all my packaging here. Also this range of joie such clever ideas. The animal range are to die for. Confectionery have good prices.

Great variety of goods. Checkout service can improve though.

Great selection of everything. I especially appreciated even finding educational material there. The quality is great and the prices are super affordable. Definitely great when shopping for gifts or just household items on a budget, you really get a bang for your buck. All you can need and more. Absolutely happy with the store.
