Shoprite Westonaria Town

Today I paid with R970 for items that cost R795 but on my slip they said I paid with R800 I noticed when I got home and rushed back to Siphokuhle the cashier that was assisting me but she said there’s no fault yet I know for sure I paid with that amount coz I took out R470 cash send and had R500 on my wallet. This truly hurts coz that money was for transport when I go to register for school

Not bad but need a more attention towards customer satisfaction and care

This is probably the worst of branches in the province of Gauteng. There is no courtesy from management, queues are forever long due few tills being opened. They do not even inform customers of the reasons for only opening a few tills even when the queues are obviously too long. I believe there has been many complaints about this branch before but obviously nothing is being done about it.

The teller that assisted us was helpful. There is order by the isles.

Almost every thing you need you can surely get it here, neat and clean

The cashire was not friendly, was busy with friends and personal staff. Bad service

The manegeres is the rudest person ever... When an old lady ask one of the staff for help, she grap her and pull her away and said leave the customer alone... I'm not the only customer who had a insodents with this manegeres. She recons it's her floor... Isn't it the customers floor... The staff is really helpful and friendly. Wish they will replace that woman (manageres) with more client skills!
