My dog Chico loves it there. Jacky is so good and loves dogs. Chico is so happy when we dro him off. I am so happy with the service. They really do love our dogs like it is their own
Absolutely horrible experience for the first time! I called within the working hours to book a space for my dog I was however met with a very unenthusiastic response as if I was bothering them only for them to NOT assist me and tell me they are fully booked, later on I send 2 whatsapp messages to put me on the waiting list if any space availability opens up, my whatsapp messages are just left on read with no response! Why run a business if you cannot answer customers queries? This service is ridiculous, I would never recommend them
I don't know what they do with the dogs here but my dog enjoys it. He comes home tired all the time. They seem to have a genuine love and care for dogs.
