I went there without a booking at 13H00, and they helped me immediately. My dog is proof of happiness
I called The Doggy Palace yesterday 21 December 2023 to make a booking. I specified that my pekingese should have a Lion cut & my two yorkies a summer cut,When my husband took in the dog's today the booking was not made(and I made the call from a recorded line)they did helped though The lion cut was not done and yorkies look horrible after going back and left with a fight the staff shouted at me after I said I am going to name and shame them. My dogs really look bad. VERY BAD SERVICE. You pay for a service and get results that looks like a hurried job. And on top of that they over charged me and when I queried they answered the doggys hair was tangled badly which I mentioned when making the booking. It's about the principal more than anything else.
Horrible service. Place makes arrangements with no delivery. Had to keep following up throughout the day only to be told that they cannot make it
