Paws 4 All professional Pet Grooming

The team is very professional! My cat was calm and looked beautiful afterwards without looking stressed or scared. They even added a pink ribbon to her neck which looked so cute 😍

So., I've been a client with Paws and All for yeeeaars now.. I've always made all bookings via Whatsapp, and now all the sudden they can't help me with a booking without using their app, that is NOT user friendly as it doesn't allow you to tick off selections that's relevant to your doggy.I reached out to them multiple times via WhatsApp for assistance, to get responses late, I also tried multiple times to make the booking via the app and kept on getting the same errors, I took a screenshot of the section I'm struggling with and told them that it doesn't allow me to click the boxes or edit the instruction for one of my doggies, I was told "Just click on the pencil and edit the wording" - like I'm stupid and didnt try that multiple times. I'm extremely disappointed that when I told the lady that it's fine, I'll just go to another doggy parlor that can help me to make bookings, I didn't even get a response from them at all. I understand that we live in a modern society, but at least make sure your AI tools work properly if you're going to insist people make bookings via that platform and have a little bit more compassion when people are struggling to make the booking.. it's still business! However, seeing that it's not that important, I will gladly start making use of another doggy parlor, farewell Paws and All, you just lost a very loyal client!

Paws and All's grooming service has gone backwards and the grooming staff can't even follow a clear instruction. 10 months ago, (31 Oct 2022) we made use of this this grooming mobile service who destroyed our Toy-pom's double coat and burnt her skin with their clippers and damaged her hair follicles. 10 months later and our Toy-pom's coat still has not grown back! They ask you to specify how to groom your dog on their website when you schedule an appointment, only for their mobile team to arrive do the exact opposite, and can't even follow a clear instruction on how to groom your dog after telling them physically when they arrive and what you specified on their website!! Have a look at what our Miniature Toy-Pom's coat still looks like today!! Don't make use of their services!!!

My furry baby Bleu and I am so impressed. He got his first cut as a pup, using your mobile grooming service. The ladies handled him with such care and styled his fur just the way I wanted it. He looks beautiful, and feels great! I will be using your mobile grooming service for Bleu regularly. My little yorkie is so precious to me and I have found groomers I can trust with his coat. Thank you so much! And it was so affordable to have my boy groomed at home where he can feel safe!

I got some recommendations about Paws and All and they really are as good as the people say. They handled my fur babies with such care, love and respect. I'm really impressed and would definitely go back. Plus my fur babies really look beautiful!! Brushing out a Husky is not an easy task but they did it so well!! Thank you so much!!

My furbabies looks absolutely amazing. They were stunningly groomed and beautifully shaved, without having those shaving stripe marks. Their nails were trimmed nice and short, and not with a blunt clipper where some of the nails looks chipped. Their paws, faces and tails were trimmed to perfection. Their inside of thier ears were thoroughly cleaned. I am truely impressed with their services.

The service I received from my first phone call was excellent. Nelmarie was awesome with both my yorkies. My fur babies have had bad experiences previously with other groomers especially when they cut their nails. I am so impressed with the overall care. My babies were so relaxed and calm when I fetched them. Definitely my go to place for my fur babies. Highly recommended to dog lovers.
