Suzanne is the best! We send our little Oliver here for his holiday and he absolutely enjoys it. He's a very social boy and needs constant company so we feel comfortable knowing Suzanne is there for him. Just book in advance if its going to be during the busy holiday periods! Since Suzanne provides specialized care; you can send your cooked food as well and Suzanne does a wonderful job managing with all the different kitties😍 both she and Oliver were sad to part after being together for so long🥹

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this cattery! From the moment I dropped off my Boys, I felt completely at ease. The space was spotless, cozy, and clearly designed with the comfort of the animals in mind. What meant the most to me were the regular check-ins — I received updates, photos and videos throughout their stay, which truly put my mind at rest. It was easy to see how well cared for and relaxed my cats were the entire time. The Suzanne here is kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. I’m so grateful for the excellent care Suzanne provided, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

I am so excited to share my personal review of the Westville cat hotel ! My cats enjoyed their stay and my mind and heart was at complete peace,I received daily videos and pictures of my fur babies which to me was honestly the most kindest gesture. The owner is the most sweetest person ! I would honestly rate the service a 100/10 . The prices were also very reasonable as I had left both of my cats. I am so pleased with the service

This cat haven helped me to get over my fear of leaving my fur baby. Suzanne is incredible with the cats that she cares for. I initially left my Frank at the Westville Cat Hotel a few years ago and the moment I saw the 'hotel', I was put at ease. An immense amount of time has gone into the safety of the cages with 2 series of doors to ensure no possibility of kitty escaping. Each space has an open view of vegetation outside and a little upstairs sleeping area and a downstairs eating area. There is even a completely caged garden area for the cats to walk about. Suzanne keeps regular communication and even sends photos and videos. I have now left my Frank there many times and I always know that he is safe and loved and cared for. I would not leave him anywhere else. Thank you Suzanne!

This is hands down the best place to leave your cats. Suzanne was amazing and exceeded our expectations. She sent us daily updates and videos and our Mercedes and Myles loved her. Blankets and views and she took the time to play with them . 10/10

To start - 10/10! What a wonderful experience. I was incredibly nervous to leave my little dude over the weekend. Suzanne was so accommodating and caring towards the cats and their owners. She sent me daily updates and reassured me every change she got! The attention to detail on the cat homes and in the homes is insane! Little blankets and hot water bottles with garden views! It’s a little vacation. I could not recommend this place more !!!!!!!

Their admission form is detailed and thoughtful, covering everything from feeding preferences to playtime routines, brushing requirements, and any special care notes. They also requested the vaccination card, which shows their commitment to safety and responsible pet handling. Upon arrival, the check-in was smooth, and every detail was confirmed with care and professionalism. Pros: Spotless Cleanliness: The entire facility is immaculate. Units and common areas are kept spotless at all times. Spacious Units: The enclosures are ample in size, allowing cats to relax, move around comfortably, and feel at home. Clear Labelling: Each unit is clearly marked with the owner’s name, the cat’s name, the feeding scheme, and the period of stay, an excellent detail that shows strong organisation and attention to care. Caring & Attentive Staff: The team is friendly, gentle, and truly caring. It’s clear they genuinely love cats. Daily Updates: They send daily videos and updates, providing reassurance and letting owners see their pets happy and well looked-after. Attention to Detail: From feeding instructions to brushing, playtime preferences, and comfort needs, nothing is overlooked. Reasonably Priced: For the quality of service offered, the pricing is very fair and excellent value. Professional Return Process: They even returned all excess food and litter at the end of the stay, a small detail that reflects outstanding professionalism and honesty. Cons: After a full week’s stay, we genuinely could not find any shortcomings. Every aspect- hygiene, care standards, communication, and organisation, was handled flawlessly. Overall: Westville Cat Hotel is a truly exceptional facility and a haven for cats. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a safe, caring, and well-managed place for their feline companions.
