Active Pets Kennels and Day care

I selected Active Pets for both daycare and long-term boarding for my dog because they deliver outstanding care. My dog socializes actively during daycare rather than being confined to a kennel, and while I’m abroad, he benefits from their attentive supervision. He is thriving—happy, healthy, and has gained weight. Active Pets is the top choice for daycare, pet sitting, and kenneling.

My dogs always come home safe, happy and exhausted from all the playing. Peace of mind for weekends away. Daycare is great too.

I contacted active pets to board my 2 dogs for a week when I had a sudden change of plans and had to leave then next evening. They said that they could assist me and I just needed to bring my dogs along with all the other needed things the next day. When I arrived there Stephen saw my puppy of 7 months and just said he doesn't board his breed. No where in the website or when I contacted them did they spesify they don't work with certain breeds. And the best part is he wasn't even friendly about it, he was baseline rude. I did not hide what breed my dog's are, they just never asked and I reached out to them as I had a urgent need to board my dogs and they are a local boarding house that I would have preferred over a big place. I was lucky to find a place in a extremely short time that was more than happy to assist me. What triggers.e the most is they say that Stephen is a so called dog trainer. What trainer would have a agenda against a entire breed. My puppy has been to puppy school and the trainer we had said she is the least worried about my dog breed between all the dogs that was in his class. I was hoping for the best when I found active pets as they do boarding and daycare and wanted to make use of the daycare in the future but now I would not recommend anyone to make use of them.

Allowed my dog to get injured/ bitten on their watch but don't want to talk about it. How unprofessional, handing over pet in total darkness to avoid us noticing the injury. How does that even make sense, like we will not see it when we get home. Refusing to take my calls or respond to my messages. For you it's a business for us the animals are family. Vet bill on the way to you Stephen. You should have done your job and been honest. Trusted you with our pet in the past and did not expect this from you. The explanation in your response is invalid, Vet has confirmed it is dog bite and happened a few days ago. I have sent you the vet bill, for your perusal . ,you are more than welcome to challenge her findings .it was dark because you had all outside lights off.and I compensated Stephen for me arriving late. It is no excuse for being deceptive.

They took good care of my dog. They asked if he is on a special diet. The people is very friendly and helpful. I will surely support them again.

Our pet loved the place and was in a great shape when we picked her up. Homely environment for your pet when you are away.
