Vanity Fur " Your VIP Canine & Feline Pet Groomers"

Highly recommend Vanity Fur. Owner carefully noted what I wanted done. They did an excellent job and I am very happy. It was Rocket's first visit but definitely not the last.

Our girl Shelby (Wire Haired Terrier) has been a regular at Gena, and she LOVES her outing to get a fresh cut! Staff is so friendly, and treats her with royalty. Truly a VIP experience for us.

Absolutely love this place. They treat your furbabies as their own and they let you know if there is something wrong when you pick your furkid up. Great prices, got a sample of dried treats to try and our doggy loved it! The staff is super friendly too. If i could give 500 stars i would.

Absolutely the best! The owner (Gena) is just such a honey, gives wonderful advice and let's you walk out of the parlor without being worried! Wish she ran a doggy day care cause my fur babies would be there every day!

Won’t ever go back there. My partner dropped our dog off, was met with utter rudeness, like they don’t care for the business or what we wanted done. She asked specifically for his hair to be shaved around the legs as it gets matted very easily, they said no. We asked for the paws to be cleaned and it wasn’t done. Our dog came back basically washed. They trimmed his body hair which we specifically asked them not to touch. We had to shave him when we got back home (we don’t like doing it as a professional knows better) so R260 absolutely wasted and this is the SECOND time we used them and received mediocre results. But oh how quick they were to sell their homemade cookies, but could barely speak to my partner or be welcoming. Do not recommend this place at all.

Most utterly uselesss service and doesn't respect clients' wishes 1st, we asked to groom my dogs hair short due to the heat and not to trim her pony tail. We got our dog back with her hair halfway trimed, her pont tail cut shorter. We waited over 3 hours for a groom a basic person could have done. Her hair's barely groomed. Will never come back to a place that can't respect a clients wishes when the client is the one paying!

Slotted us in at short notice which was welcome. The 2 doggies seemed happy with being away from home for a few hours, and, as I didn't pay am not sure of value for money. I will say I took a star off as I felt the pups could have been a little cleaner especially around the face. Thanks anyway, still recommended.
