Golden Paws

I would not recommend this parlour at all they muzzled my German Shepherd to tightly resulting in all his bottom teeth being broken also shaved my teacup Yorkie and as a result stabbed her multiple times with the scissors under her chin leaving open soares... paid almost R600 for my two pets to be tortured.. people should not work with pets who are not qualified to do so !!!

Our three dogs were cleaned earlier and the service was outstanding. Our Alsatian puppy is a naughty dog yet they managed him with ease. Our old Alsatian is blind and they handled her with so much care! All three of our dogs look stunning! Would 100% recommend.

Not for cats. Not sure I would put a dog through that either. They seemed unable to handle a stressed cat in any gentle manner. Holding him down by his neck and back feet. Not okay. The advertised list of services included ear cleaning, eye cleaning, and teeth cleaning, none of which happened. They cut off way too much of the claws, which I thought was a basic thing to avoid for both cats and dogs. My cat was walking around shaking his paws out for 2 days after the groom in obvious discomfort. The advertised powder deodorant was in fact just a spray of perfume. My cat came back still wet. After all of this he still had loose fur coming off of him.

My Jack Russell can be a bit of a handful and I was afraid they might struggle but I'm shocked at how fast and efficient they were. Great job done. My baby is perfectly clean, even if he didn't enjoy it. Thank you so much!

Happy with the way they cut my dog and blended his neck well as advised. They ran an hour late but still happy with the service.

Had a lovely experience from the moment I inquired. All 3 of my doggos were pampered and looked and smelt so good afterwards. I really appreciate the wonderful service 🥳

Extremely great service! The guys are very reliable and handle our dogs with care and skill... every single time!
