Groom to Perfection

My 10 year old went to his favorite groomer today. He came home, perfumed and quite happy. He is rather chubby so we will post a photo later. We are very happy with your driver as well.. excellent.

Good day, I have been using Groom To Perfection for 23 years. I have 3 long haired maltese, they go once a week to get groomed I also used to have two Persian cats who have since passed. They used to go get groomed there. Never never did I have any problems with the work they do. It's always been professional and if there was a problem they would phone me and tell me my dogs has a sore or there is a problem with there leg at one time. They are always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you guys.

on the 16th of AUG 2024 I took my two healthy Yorkies to get groomed. A day later my yorkies started showing signs of what I thought was just red rash from shaving on their stomach. I then left it for a day but decided to take them to the vet to get checked out just to find out that they had a fungal infection on their skin. As my dogs do not get into contact with other people or other dogs the vet confirmed that they contracted the fungus from the parlor as this is the only time that they are in contact with other dogs and clippers that is used on other dogs. since the 16th AUG 2024 till today my dogs are battling the fungal infection which is still going to be a very long recovery time. This has caused an emotional and physical impact on my Fur Babies, This has also caused a major financial impact. We also had to shave all their hair off which we had been growing for the last 2 and a half years. I also last week in the pet shop chatted to 2 other ladies that had there dogs at this groomers the same time my Fur Babies was there and their dogs also has fungal infection on the skin and they had also been shaved completely. Please do not take your Fur Babies to this Grooming Parlor and I will most differently not be returning to them.

I highly recommend them... We took our Pomeranian for a trim and were so pleased. They handled our Pomeranian very well and she was comfortable around them. The staff are excellent and know exactly what to do and how to treat the dogs/cats.

They do an excellent job cutting my 2 small yorkies. But R500 for a summer cut for the pair is a bit insane and it seems every time we go back (every 4 to 6 months) there’s a R20 / R30 price increase per dog and that’s excluding bows and extras. I will not be returning.

Awesome owner, a real dog lover herself so you just know your babies are in good hands. She is in there with the staff and working alongside them. You can also see everything, no hiding away in the back and not knowing how the doggies are being treated.

I have been taking my pooches here for almost 7 years. The owner is knowledgeable, offers great service & is always accommodating. Pets can be picked up and dropped off. I call the owner "the dog whisperer "😊
