I've been using Pamper My Pet Grooming for the past 4 months to groom my two cats and I couldn’t be more impressed. The booking and payment process is smooth and hassle-free. They always arrive on time (sometimes even early!) and are incredibly friendly and gentle with my cats—who can be quite feisty. Despite that, the team handles them with such care, patience and professionalism. I always know my pets are in good hands and they look amazing after each session. Thank you to the wonderful team for making grooming a stress-free, positive experience for my family and my fur babies!

Had a bad experience with this service a while back when they unfortunately hurt my cat who had cancer. I asked the owner and the groomers beforehand not to touch her ears and eyes which were affected with cancer and had formed scabs from the bleeding. Unfortunately they still went ahead and scrubbed her ears, injuring her in the process. She came out of the van cold, wet, shivering and frightened. Had to make a trip to the vet after. The owner did apologise after but it doesn't change the fact that the groomers were rough and mishandled my cat.
