Pets Abroad

Thank you to Carmen and the team at Pets Abroad ! We have successfully moved to the UK with our 2 girls , even in time for our oldest ones 5th birthday. They handled them amazing and helped do all the paperwork for an easy move! I would recommend their service for anyone moving out of South Africa with their fur babies. We cant say thank you enough for making it so stress free.

I cannot recommend Pets Abroad highly enough! Moving internationally is stressful enough, but relocating two beloved dogs adds an entirely different level of emotion and complexity. From start to finish, the team made the entire process feel seamless, professional, and completely under control. A very special thank you to Carmen, who was absolutely phenomenal throughout. Her communication was clear, proactive, and incredibly reassuring at every stage. She guided us step-by-step through the paperwork, timelines, vet requirements, and travel arrangements with such patience and expertise. No question was ever too small, and she always responded quickly and thoroughly. What truly stood out was the genuine care. You can tell this isn’t just a job - they understand that these are family members. Knowing our two dogs were handled with such professionalism and compassion gave us complete peace of mind. When they finally arrived safely and everything went smoothly, it was such an emotional and happy moment and that is entirely thanks to Carmen and the Pets Abroad team. If you are considering relocating your pets internationally, do yourself a favour and use Pets Abroad. They are worth every cent. Thank you again for getting our babies here safely! 🐾✈️

It is an absolute dream to work with this team! Carmen was friendly, efficient and quick to communicate everything. Making use of Pets Abroad allowed me to navigate the complexities of emigration with ease as they take care of all the paperwork and arrangements behind the scenes while working closely with select veterinarians allowing you to focus on of the other emigration related tasks. They supply custom made high quality crates to transport your fur-baby, where sizing and delivery are included in their costings. They have competitive prices that will trump most other pet travel agencies - I worked through a detailed comparison before selecting Pets Abroad and my expectations were exceeded. I highly recommend making use of their services.

We recently sent our pets from Johannesburg to New Zealand with Pets Abroad, and they were absolutely amazing. No request was ever too big or too small, and they always got back to us promptly. When we had to move the flight for our fur babies, it was no hassle at all. We were kept updated throughout the entire process and even received videos along the way, which gave us so much peace of mind. Vernon and the team are truly incredible. Thank you, Pets Abroad, for taking such wonderful care of our pets — we couldn’t recommend you highly enough! 🐾

These two beauties, Skye and Benji, will board their plane tomorrow evening to come to their new home in the States. We could not have done this without Petsabroad, and specifically Vernon. Your professionalism and knowledge are not negotiable, and we really appreciate the effort you have put in to make sure they are ready to fly tomorrow. I can recomment Petsabroad to everybody who cares about their pet's wellbeing and safety. Thank you Vernon and Petsabroad.
