The Puppy Palace Doggy Daycare and Spa

My neighbour left her one puppy and another dog for a week. Picked her up with burnt paws. The vet said it was a chemical burn. No explanation from the owners. The dog goes daily for pain injections and the skin has peeled off. They did not take the dog immediately to the vet

Exceptional Service and Peace of Mind I was incredibly impressed with the level of care and professionalism from day one. Leaving my fur baby for the first time was a nerve-wracking experience, but the constant updates and warm communication immediately put me at ease. I highly recommend this service to any pet parent looking for a safe, loving, and reliable environment for their pet.

Puppy Palace is a wonderful place. My rescue has been so happy there and his confidence has increased. Owners and staff are friendly and welcoming

Having used the service prior last year, this year unfortunately was an unpleasant experience. From ineffective and incomplete communication regarding pick up times to an unpleasant groomer who became frustrated that my pup had made a wee in his excitement to sloppy grooming, nails still too long, coat not as shiny. Unfortunately, will no longer be recommending the service or making use of it. Owner proceeded to call and be rude to me for keeping an honest review further proving his inability to take feedback. Really unprofessional service. It is recommended to take your pups elsewhere as a company not willing to take feedback is not one to make use of.

From the first time I visited this place I was pleased. The next time, I dropped my little ones off. When I picked them up, I had to go back inside of the building. My little one got inside of the building before me, that's how I now they enjoyed themselves. I will be using The Puppy Palace again, especially when I got out of town. Thank you for looking after my little ones.

The impact Puppy Palace has had on my rescued timid shy dog is amazing, my dog is now more confident than ever because of going there for the past few weeks. The staff and owner are all very friendly and welcoming.

Such an awesome doggy daycare. Extremely kind staff who were so happy to help us with our fur baby. Our fur baby really learned to become very socialised and was so well taken care of. We can’t thank the puppy palace enough for everything
