Debbie looked after our indoor/catio cats(our boys)for a long weekend, we were very satisfied with her services, she also put me at ease as I was nervous to leave them alone. The boys seemed quite relaxed when we got home and showed no signs of anxiety. We had lovely updates with photos daily. I would definitely recommend Debbie/AB Petsitting Services.
We have been using Cindy from AB PETSITTING for many years. She is now a part of our family. Our babies is so comfortable with her. They love her just as much as she loves them. We would never want any one else but Cindy. She is there from the moment we leave until we return.
We have used AB Petsitters numerous times with Bronwyn looking after our furkids and feather kids. We are more than happy with the service and receiving updates. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to use their services.
Completely trusted my fur babies with AB sitters, they really were so great, reliable and followed all routines. Definitely would reccomend.
AB Petsitters is the absolute best!! I was nervous about leaving my recently adopted pup for a few days, but she was so well taken care of and happy!! Thank you Robert and Bronwyn, for fitting me in on short notice and giving me peace of mind while I was away. 10/10 service and I will definitely recommend you to everyone!!
I absolutely do not recommend! It was advised to pay an incase of emergency fee, which will be paid back if not used. It has been 6 months, still have not seen a cent with multiple follow ups! We requested someone be there through out the day as our cats are used to all day company. We were informed she will be there 9-5. Numerous neighbours informed us the pet sitter only showed at 11, and left at 16:00.
We specifically requested and paid for a meet & greet with a petsitter to ensure our dog is comfortable and compatible with the sitter. We booked a stay for one specific sitter for the entire stay. After day 2 we merely received a Whatsapp confirming that a new sitter would take over. No profile was sent of the sitter and no proper handover and introduction were done. Needless to say, the sitter wasn’t compatible and we had to return from holiday early. The lack of protocol and disregard for basic safety (both from a security and liability risk) point of view is dreadful and unprofessional.
