Von Torr Hoff Boarding Kennels and Dog Training

I left my puppy in their care for nine days. When I collected her, she was severely traumatised. She ran away from me with her tail between her legs and wet herself from fear. This behaviour has never happened before. She also lost 1.3 kg during her stay. This is a clear indication that she was not fed as instructed. I received 4 kg of her food back, when I should have received only a few grams. Before choosing this kennel, I checked their five‑star reviews, noted that they had a training school, and personally visited the facilities. I was shown indoor sleeping areas and assured that she would sleep inside, as she is used to doing, and that she would be taken for regular walks. However, based on her physical condition, her emotional state, and the amount of food returned, it is evident that: She was not fed correctly, She was not walked, She was likely left confined in a cage for the entire duration of her stay. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable. I am sharing my experience so that other pet owners are aware and do not unknowingly place their animals in a situation like this

We recently undertook an overseas trip for three weeks and booked our beloved dogs into the Von Torr Hoff kennels. From the second we arrived James was on hand to receive the dogs and assist us with some paperwork that was still outstanding. During our trip we received updates about the animals and Celia even sent us a video so we could be at ease. We were never once worried about how they were doing. Both Celia and James know dogs and love them, and that’s enough for this pet owner. Our dogs were well taken care of. We would recommend Von Torr Hoff.

Our Goldie (Golden Labrador) loves this place. Great place to meet new friends.

Got to know Celia 8 years ago looking for someone to train the puppies I got from Fora, she did an amazing job. Since then Celia has looked after them on a yearly basis when we are away, sometimes twice a year. They get Walked, Fed and Loved. Thank you Celia for your love and passion for our furry children.

Beautiful place for your dog. It's like they are on a vacation. Animals are well looked after.

I’ve been taking my dog there for a few years now. I absolutely love that it’s on a plot. My Maltese gets to run and play with other dogs instead of being stuck in a kennel. Celia is amazing, you can tell she absolutely loves dogs. My dog always seem sad to be leaving
