Dogs and All

This is a cruel company!!! Disgusting!!! How can you keep your dogs in such small cages the whole day on the back of a bakkie!??? I sitting in a parking area looking at one of your bakkies. The poor dog is just standing there moaning. While the guard stands outside and smoke. It's insanely hot but the poor dog doesn't even get a bit of water you can see his thirsty. You can see the poor dog needs to get out a bit. Ridiculous this must be stopped!

Road Rage. One of your employees was on their phone while driving and as I past him on my motorcycle I lift my hand up to show my disbelief, then he starts racing after me and trying to push me off the road. He follows me all the way to my work and starts shouting ag me because he thought i flipped him off, if he wasn’t busy on his phone he would have seen I did nothing of the sort. He said it was work he had to do on his phone, but then you pull over to do so!

Trying to install a alarm system is a serious problem for them . Technical team is unqualified and the support, well no support at all. Money has been paid upfront, still no service

This is a terrible company to do business with. I had to phone several people before I could get to the right person to get an appointment for someone to come to fix my alarm. After 5 appointments still no one has come out. They only call 15 to 30 min after the alarm has been triggered.

Staff are well trained and professional, The kennels are well maintained, clean and this security company complies with the highest industry standards for the canine unit and is fully registered with the various security industry regulatory bodies, the footprint of this company is widely felt in the rural area of Malmesbury.

We had a very bad experience leaving our dogs here for the weekend. The kennel was very dirty when we picked up the dogs. Looked like it was not cleaned the whole time. I will never take my dogs there again.

My dog was safe and well cared for. No luxuries but in good condition. Friendly staff!!
