Worst Dog groomer in the Vaal area, Will never recommend them. I have had 2 occasions where the dogs have been groomed and burned with the shavers so badly that the skin is actually bleeding. The first time we had to take the dog for stitches because under the legs they completely left a huge cut in the skin, this time the poor dogs skin was bleeding. We had to soak in a salt bath and then get proper treatment from the vet
Gave them 1 instruction.... Do NOT shave my dogs beard.... And what did they do? Shaved my dog's beard! And after all my complaining They still charged me full price!!!!
Pathetic service i paid in advance they never showed up will NOT recommend them to any one!!!!!!
My doggie got the treatment of a lifetime bath,shave nail trim and smelt wonderful when she returned home.
I was there today and am happier this time than the previous! The lady who helped me, who believe is the owner, was so friendly and kind! Sniffles looks great and came out happy.
No star here. Never again will I take my yorkie to them. The 1 cut I specifically ask not get, they gave her. Her hair so uneven on her head and along her face, it looks like a 2 year old did the grooming😭😭 They didn't even put in a 🎀, because the hair is so snipped up! NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
