We fairly recently had acquired a rather large 8 month old boerboel pup whose manners are a little unpolished. We had planned a trip abroad and desperately needed to kennel our adopted canine companion but were anxious as to how and where to accommodate him. An added challenge related to the fact that he had not yet fully recovered from surgery to both his elbows. And then we found Carmen. What a joy she, her daughter and team were. They looked after him completely with compassion and kindness. These are dog people. We were regularly updated on progress and were then able to relax and enjoy our trip. Treat your dog and eliminate concern. This is the place for your beloved pets.
I love this place ! They treated my little guy (cat) the way I would have. So much so that when I went to fetch him he didn’t even care I was there he was only interested in playing with his caretaker ! I will for sure be a returning customer
Our standard poodle spent over a week with Carmen and her team, and we were delighted with the care and attention she received. We were kept informed, with regular updates (and a video!) of her progress in settling down, and we never felt concerned that we'd made the wrong choice of kennels. Our vet recommended Broshacarm Kennels, and seemingly for good reason - there is no better place to leave your pet. Carmen's only concern is for their well-being, and it shows. 5-stars well earned!
Carmen and her team ARE THE BEST. The way they care for our 2 loved cats are phenomenal- the effort they put into every aspect of the care - whether feeding, drinking, calming them on arrival, advising if they should need further care at a Vet if sick is astonishing - Thankyou Carmen and your team
