Paws Resort Kennels and Cattery

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly, guiding you every step of the way. They are very gentle and loving with animals, and they handled my dog’s travel documents with clear and flawless communication. Dr. Kristine was such an amazing lady, and my dog was very excited in her care — not nearly as nervous as she usually gets with vets. I feel safe and confident in their professionalism and care.

Paws Resort is the best place for my boys! They know exactly where we are when we arrive for their stay. The excitement shows me enough. The staff are wonderful, facilities are clean and well maintained and I've never had any issues with my boys before. I highly highly recommend Paws Resort 🐾

Paws resort was amazing in our process to get our furbabies reunited with us in Australia. They were efficient, reliable and with us every step of the way ensuring our pets are ready on all standards to be ready to step foot on Aus soil. We will forever be grateful to you and your team for reuniting our sons with their best friends.

I definitely recommend Dr Kristine and the team at Paws Resort for preparing your fur babies for relocation. They looked after my girl so well and kept me updated as I had relocated first. They also went out of their way to help with rebooking when we had unforeseen circumstances. We were so happy to have chosen them to help us! We are so thankful for all they did for us in helping our girl Caramel.

Our two cats stayed here for 10 days waiting for their flight to the Western Cape. Ive just collected them from the airport and they are COVERED in ticks. I saw photos of where they were kept and it was basically one huge sand pit, with a finger size amount of grass. The cats are filthy which confirms how dirty it was and they have never had so many ticks. And they went to the vet just before visiting this cattery and were given a bill of great health. So they certainly didnt arrive there in this state. Now I have to take them to the vet again because of how poorly they were cared for at Paws Resort. Never ever again and I certainly dont recommend them.

Dr Kristine and the team have been amazing in preparing my cats for traveling abroad, they provided clear communication and updates every step of the way from day 1 and handled every hiccup with professionalism. I wouldn't change anything.
