Wow! We have tried many pet groomers and never had such a great experience. Today was our dog's first wash and cut. The owner is very hands on, took our dog in with so much love and care. She is quite old, and they worked so gently with her. She was so calm when I collected her. Communication was promt and they didn't take long. An hour at most. Our dog struggles with her hind legs and they noticed her nails and hair inbetween her toes and cleaned her up quite nicely. I am sooo impressed. Will never go to another parlour in Paarl. This lady knows and loves what she does!

The Best of the Best - we have a little pom and honestly had him by some of other groomers in Paarl before we found this little piece of heaven on earth. To the lady and her team, you are absolutely amazing and excellent in what you do. We had so many bad experiences from other groomers in the area, but now taking our boy for his grooming is absolutely a breath of fresh air ♥️ Keep up the good work.

Took someone's two Pekingese dogs to Charmaine on Thursday, 4 Jan 2024. She squeezed them into her busy schedule as she was fully booked. They looked horrible and were very neglected and matted. She and her crew did an amazing job. Both dogs looked fantastic and they got their zest for life back. I can recommend her to anyone wothout hesitation.
