Customer Reviews

I purchased two kennels from Custom Kennels roughly a decade ago, and both their craftsmanship and customer service have been outstanding. One of the kennels recently reached the end of its lifespan, so I’ve just ordered a third and sent the old one in for refurbishment. I highly recommend their products—they consistently deliver top-notch quality.
A solid 5 starts from me! I had ordered custom kennels for rescue doggies some time ago. The owner, Niven did not hesitate to get on board and create what he called "low cost" kennels for less fortunate dogs. A wonderful 5 kennels were build and delivered in record time given that Winter was fast approaching. Might I add, he was not cheap about material, design or workmanship. Support businesses who support Animal Welfare 👏 Thank you kind Sir
Absolutely amazing customer service. Niven is super professional and always willing to go the extra mile. We have had our kennels for more than 8 years and with just minor touch ups by Niven they still stand strong. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
