Jenny the owner and lady who takes care of the cats is very friendly and accommodating. She provided updates and was available to call and send pics to help us feel comfortable that our cat was well taken care of.
The best cattery experience in Durban. Jenni is such a warm and caring person and provided an excellent service looking after our cat, giving us peace of mind when away. The cattery rooms have ample space for a cat, with a structure for them to play on/with and a small fabric house for them to sleep in when it gets cold. I would highly recommend this cattery be the first one on your list when looking for a place for your cat. It’s just that much better than other options. Excellent value for money.
I visited Cats in the Cradle Cattery prior to booking as I wanted to know exactly where my cats would be staying. Jenni was friendly and accomodating and appears to have a genuine love for cats! I was quite happy to see that the cages are spacious and airy with sufficient entertainment for my cats! Jenni also mentioned that the cats do get to come out (in the fully fenced off passage) once or twice a day (when cleaning cages), which I was happy about! Unfortunately my trip was postponed but they are definitely on my recommended list.
Jenni was fantastic. She is so accommodating and kind to the cats. My little boy was so at ease and loved his stay there
Excellent hospitality for your cat by Aunty Jenni. So loving and caring towards all the cats she takes care of. Even sent me pictures to reassure me that my cat is fine and well taken care of. Would really recommend this place. One can tell they are not out for the money but rather the passion to take good care of their animals. Thank you Cats in the Cradle for being so kind.
I left my bsbies ( Karbon & Kasper) with Jenni for a week. They were well taken care of and happy. Jenny replied to all my messages while my kitties were with her. The cattery is clean and in a lovely homey setup. I would recommend Cats in The Cradle to anyone wanting a loving n safe environment
