Cats And Dogs Grooming Parlour

Staff is definitely not trained to groom cats. My 2 Persians were traumatised beyond words. They were unable to shave them. My cat was placed in a steel cage and water and soap was thrown on her in an attempt to wash her. I had to step in and wash my cat myself. I do not recommend sending any cats there.

I am cutting my doggies here for years. Was staying in silverton but now are driving all the way from Montana on the other side of the mountain because i know and have seen how good they do their jobs. There sure is a lot of parlours this side of the mountain but none of them come close to the good and friendly service at Cats and Dogs Grooming Parlour in Silverton! Lorraine and her staff absolutely love all four legged children and treat them as if their own. I have taken a maltese male doggy to them yesterday which i rescued off the streets. His hair was in terrible state but that was not too big or too difficult for Lorraine and her team! They did a wonderful job and seeing the result you will not believe!! Thanks so much Lorraine, Queenie and Beauty for a splendid job yesterday! Thanks for your love and passion and friendly service for our furry kids!! Will definately come back every time!!

Very disappointed! My baby always loved going for a nice cut and pampering here. They know him very well and used to treat him with the dignity and respect he deserves. They know not to trim his ears or tail since we've been growing it out beautifully for 5 years. They also know full well that he doesn't allow anyone to touch his nails. We finally got him into the habit of chewing his nails so no cutting would be necessary. This time was a disaster! They cut off every piece of fur he had to offer, including his beautiful ears and tail. When I arrived there, I could hear him crying. They had bound his snout and was force-trimming his nails to the point where he was BLEEDING. Thank God I got there after ONLY ONE NAIL! Imagine the bloodbath after 18! We used to love this place, and it breaks my heart writing this review, but we won't be returning any time soon.

I have been taking my cats and dogs to this grooming parlour for decades now and my animals have always received the best of treatment. They take special care with my older dogs. Roxy always feels like a princess when she leaves the parlour. Thank you all for the wonderful work.

Regularly take my two Maltese Poodles for a shampoo and winter or summer cut as well as having their nails trimmed. Lorraine Meyer treats them as though they were her own woefs and the staff are also very good with them. And my dogs enjoy their outing!!!

I have been taking my Yorkie there for a long time! I drive them from Pta North to silverton! The best service you can get form a doggy palour! Thanks to Lorraine and her team for the great job and always caring for our four-legged friends! See you soon!

It was my first time taking my baby there. I'm so disappointed. When I fetched her she was bleeding on her nails. I had to try and stop the bleeding at home. She was sad, traumatized and in pain. I dont think I will visit again. Thank you
