We got our beautiful Bella, our Italian Greyhound, from Petzrush and we couldn’t be happier. She is absolutely stunning and such a special little soul. I am so upset with their service. Martin and team at PetzRush Pet Travel asked 7000 for the male and 8000 for a female Labrador puppy. We paid R 1500.00 for meet and great, but as we are not situated in Pretoria, we looked at the photo provided that was male puppies we chose one. Martin and team was willing to help us on a Saturday to collect our puppy for a fee of R 350.00 that we were happy to pay as it was a Saturday. Martin did tell us they do sell 6kg puppy food for 565 that we did take. We collected our puppy on Saturday falling in love instantly, we were provided with the food buy in a checkers bag but was told the 6kg bags are sold out but not to warry it is 6 kg puppy food. Only when we wanted to drive away after paying and all we noticed it is not a male puppy but a female. We went to Wonderboom Bird Park as we love their store and always make a turn there when we are in Pretoria at the pet shop and saw the same puppies being sold by the owner direct with the same photos Martin provided. The owners sold the Labrador puppies for R 4500.00 dewormed and with first injection. We did way the food at home only to be 3.5kg. Definitely Not a service I will recommend

I am so happy with my puppy! He is healthy, sweet, and well-taken care of. The seller was kind, patient, and always communicated well. You can truly see the love they put into their pups. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend! 🐶💗
