It’s probably okay for a short visit, smaller enclosure than other cat hotels for similar prices. They gave us back ~2 weeks worth of wet food we brought to feed 2 cats daily. There was dried vomit on one of the beds and a carrier which could’ve been cleaned. The people are friendly and take care of many animals, but it feels like you should definitely visit to take a look for yourself.
Catnap Inn is a really great place to take your feline friends when you are going on holiday or when you suddenly have to go away. Great service with a personal twist, especially when it comes to a specific diet for your cat. I have already booked for December this year. Thank you Deon and staff!
They put your cats in cages and feed them the wrong food. They make your cat feel like wild animals! When I went there they were feeding kittens senior cat food (cats from ages 10+). If you love your cat dont put them in here! When i walked into the room with the cats, all the kitties were crying!
Had a last minute booking and was assisted quickly by Deon. Great service.
My second home for all my piggies... 💞 🐹. Thank you so much to Deon and Louis for taking care of my lovies while I am away, keep it up guys 👍
My cat was healthy, but died there...very disappointed. I won't recommend this place for a cat.
Thank you for always taking such good care of my fur babies. I wouldn't trust anyone else with them!
