Watties Pampered Pooches

I've been taking my Spaniëls to Watties Pampered Pooches for over 8 years. I've always been happy with their service. Spaniëls can be very temperamental and the took great care of each one of them. Johan and Rose are truely taking care of the animals when they are in their care.

Friendly service to everyone and I was happy with my toy Pom's grooming. ❤️

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Pampered Pooches. They collected my dog at around 9:00 AM today, 19th August 2024. After multiple attempts to reach them by phone after 12:00 PM from different numbers, I received no response. This has happened before as well. On a previous occasion, I also phoned to ask if my dog was ready. They told me yes, but when I asked why they didn’t bring the dog back immediately instead of keeping it in a cage for so long, they had no good answer. Frustrated, I went and collected my dog myself. When I arrived at the shop today at 1:30 PM, I mentioned to the lady that their phones don’t seem to work. She told me they were very busy, but when I called again in her presence, the phone was ringing but on silent. I assume this is because they don’t want to be bothered by clients during busy times. To my shock, my dog was still in a cage, not washed or shaved. Why keep dogs caged for so long? After my dog was finally delivered back to my house after 2:00 PM, I called the owner to express my concerns. I told him that I would leave a very bad review and that people should know about his business practices. He responded that I could do whatever I want and didn't see any issue with what had happened. This treatment of animals is unacceptable. Keeping a dog in a cage for so long is nothing short of animal abuse. They could have easily arranged to pick up the dog later. I urge others to be aware of this and consider the well-being of their pets before choosing this service.

Excellent service, decent pricing. Thanks for taking tremendously good care of our dogs, we really appreciate it. Would recommend you any time.

Had my Yorkie here and will definitely be returning!! Photo for cuteness

Friendly service! Got exactly what I asked! Will go there again!

They did a good job in shaving and washing my black Labrador. The price is also reasonable. Friendly people.
