Soekies Dog Parlour

Tried to make a booking. Dog Parlour informed me, ' I'm fully booked today'. I asked about coming on Monday as he had not mentioned being fully booked on Monday. Again he repeated, ' I said I'm fully booked'. And put the phone down. Rude, arrogant and not business friendly.

Used to be my go to dog groomer but the last 2 times I've taken my dogs there, they've developed rashes on their necks afterwards. I'm not sure if they're using new products or what but they should change back to what they used before

5*+ review! My Spitz and Chihuahua have never looked so good! The best dog groomer I have witnessed handle my dogs especially my chihuahua who never lets anyone touch him. I was shocked to see the magic grooming touch in action and my boy seemingly enjoying the pampering. Dogs are regulars now and have never looked better. Thank you so much!!

Andries is absolutely the best . He is so knowledgeable , loving and caring . Its always a wonderful experience to go there and my fur baby loves him and is always settled and happy.

If I could give this guy a minus 100 I would. He has no manners and a bombastic attitude! My dog looked like a termite after they shaved her, when I took her again and explained to him how I wanted her shaved he walked backwards, and refused to shaved her. With a attitude like that I don't want to know how they treat our animals!

I am very pleased to say that i found my furbaby's permanent groomer..!! Andries, the owner, is working personally with every pet that he takes in for appointment and they are treated as if he/she is his own. I have a rescue Dachshund and she is very scared of strangers but he works with so much love, that she is really calm and relaxed with him. Thank you Andries for excellent service..!!

Just don't! Don't ever take your dog to this parlour! I took a beautiful long haired maltese to them for a trim around his eyes and feet and was returned a rat, that had been in a fight with a pair of hedge clippers. He was wet, shaking in fear and with cold. His hair had been hacked off his body in uneven clumps and the trimmers had slipped and cut him in at least one spot. He stank of other dirty dogs and had to have another bath when he got home.
