If I could I would give this place 0 stars. I found a stray cat who was in DESPERATE need of help and was evidently abused and neglected as she had multiple scars and they just didn’t care to answer MULTIPLE phone calls. Tried to WhatsApp them but they never responded, we emailed them too and they never bothered to respond. How can you claim to love cats so deeply but when there’s one that needs your help you just didn’t bother to even respond. They do not live up to their so called motto of taking in abused and special needs cats. Absolutely heartbreaking.
Paws to heaven was entrusted with my dog that passed away after several snake bites. I requested a scattertub and paw print pendant. Today I only received the pendant and no explanation what happened to the scattertub. The office is not helpful at all as no one seems to know what happened. Will not be recommending them to anyone. I will be using Legacy cremation services from now on. Paws to heaven made a already sad time even worse with their incompetence.
Paws from Heaven provides a safe and loving home for special needs cats. The owner of the sanctuary always puts the needs of the cats first - To ensure they have a warm place to sleep, food and water, and medication or any vet bills. As many of you are aware, there are plenty stray cats on the streets just fighting to survive. I have plenty respect for Paws from Heaven and the work they do - It's important and the sanctuary relies on donations from people or alternatively you are able to sponsor a special needs cat.
What a lovely and caring company. They treat your beloved pet with the respect and dignity you will never have imagined. Thank you so much for taking care of our baby and the beautiful box we received.
