I will definitely refer and recommend anyone who love their furry pets to the Durban dog hotel. My little doggies get picked up and dropped off from Pietermaritzburg which is so convenient. I get updates daily via photos of my doggies which gives me peace of mind. The staff are super helpful and my doggies come back so happy. Definitely my first choice. Regards
From the initial visit to the 6 day stay at the Durban Dog Hotel, I had no qualms leaving my baby (5 month old puppy). She was assessed and introduced to her pack and judging from the photos and videos she settled in straight away. Thank you so much Sonseirai and Charmaine for giving Izzy a home away from home. She'll/we'll be back!!
A special Thank You to Candace, Carla & Team at DDH for always taking extra special care of our 14 yr old Jasmine. It's always a stress having to leave your loved one in the care of strangers but for 2 years in a row the DDH has been our family away from home. DDH are professional and passionate about their business and do go the extra mile. We travel from Pietermaritzburg just so that our little one is in safe hands whilst we're away. You get photo & message updates and if they're busy they do respond to Whatsapp messages. Keep up the great service. Thank you.
Bailey had the best time at the Durban Dog Hotel! He absolutely loves his playtime and his instructors. We truly trust the team and have complete peace of mind knowing he’s in their care. They constantly share pictures and updates throughout his visit, which we appreciate so much. Bailey is also looking like a very handsome boy after his grooming. Thank you, DDH team! 🐾💙
Our dog Dory spent some time at the Durban Dog Hotel in December/Jan and for 10 days during these June/July school holidays. We had complete peace of mind knowing our much loved Dory was being very well cared for and loved getting the daily photos sent by her carers. This really is a home from home for your furry friends - lots of space to run around with fellow ‘boarders’ 🐶🐶 and lots of tlc from the wonderful staff. Thank you Durban Dog Hotel for taking such good care of our much loved pet🙏🏻🩷
The Durban Dog Hotel definitely is the best place to leave your dogs. The staff are so kind and committed to making sure our doggies are loved, happy and taken care of whilst we are away. The updates with photos are really appreciated. Our dogs look disappointed when they have to come home. Thank you so much to all the staff and the owners for such a wonderful home from home for our pooches. You are the best ❤️
We have made use of various dog hotels/ kennels in our life, but DURBAN DOG HOTEL stands head and shoulders above the rest. They provide a very proffesional service and always welcome my Vizsla, Zaci with open arms. Daily updates are send to us, and through all the pictures and videos we can see our dog is having the time of his life. Dogs dont sleep in kennels but inside the house with 24hr supervision. Therefore can I really recommend them. DURBAN DOG HOTEL YOU ARE THE BEST🐾🤎
