A safe space for your dogs when you need it. Michele is very knowledgeable and reliable, while taking care of your pet in a loving and nurturing environment.
We required kennel services for one night while attending a wedding, and the experience turned out to be a complete disaster. The facility lost our dog and, instead of taking responsibility, blamed us and yelled at us over the phone. While we were frantically searching for our dog, the staff made no effort to assist in the search. This was an extremely disappointing and distressing experience. I cannot recommend this place under any circumstances. The staff's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional throughout the ordeal. Their lack of empathy and dismissive attitude made an already stressful situation even worse. It was evident that they have neither the capability nor the genuine care required to look after animals. This complete disregard for both the well-being of the animals in their care and the concerns of their clients is unacceptable for a business of this nature.
I was away for 12 days and had an amazing experience with Michelle dropping off and picking up my dog he has separation anxiety and is usually on anxiety meds when I'm away but it seems he didn't even need the meds while he was here. Yes, absolutely fantastic experience.
Apparently our dogs bit the lady, 3 months ago and she didn't tell us anything until we had to make another booking today and completely refused the booking. Might be a few cents cheaper, but not worth it. Her attitude never made us feel welcome and if my dog bit her, I now know why...
Such a lovely place and run by amazing people. You can be reassured that your doggos are safe here.
Safe and comfortable spot for your pets. Love and care and attention to detail.
Dogs were well looked after. Will definitely use the facility again.
