Took our 9 month old Maltese puppy Leo to Elegant Dog a Parlour today , the lady who helped us, who I assumed was the owner(sorry forgot her name) was friendly and took such great care of Leo, I showed her a photo of how I had previously gotten Leo’s cut at a Parlour in Jhb and they matched the cut(winter cut) to the tee and even put on the exact same colour bow that he had, that level of detail really impressed me! Well done great job!
Oliver and Jazmine have been going there from as early as possible - never once have I been disappointed Thank you for excellent care

Teresa and her team are incredibly friendly, patient and accommodating! My doggie is a feisty guy and she managed to groom him to perfection! As well as update me every step of the way! I am so happy and I highly recommend her to everyone!
Absolutely disgusting with the way they treat animals, hurt my little puppy around his neck with the choke chain badly. Took him to the vet and now we have a bill of R1200. Absolutely disgusting with the way they treat animals. This is why I should've just let my puppy have his hair grown but I thought these were professional groomers but turns out they're not, they hurt my little puppy really badly.
We didn’t have problems for years but the last time we took our yorkies they both came back badly cut and bleeding. They didn’t mention the injuries to us when we fetched the dogs and only later after a better inspection of the dogs did we see that they had shaved the one dog too close to the skin and caused her to bleed and the other dog had long deep cuts from the clipper all up her neck and chest. We had to take them to the vet to get the cuts seen to. We are never taking our dogs back after the horrendous injuries that they received from this last visit. I suspect that they got a new groomer seeing as we haven’t had this problem before now.
Very accommodating - I didn't book an appointment but was still seen to. Excellent service. Lovely staff.. From start to finish was impressed.
