This place and everyone here are incredible. The animals look genuinely happy, well-cared for, and deeply loved.
I love this place . The aunty are the best and want the best for the animals. I adopt an kitten there Yesterday.
Lovely team of people and great with animals.
A very kind and professional approach to animal wellfare. Such a benefit to the community of Worcester.
Super disappointed in my experience with this organization. I had to pay upfront to have my dog spayed, and ended up doing it privately at my nearest Vet - the owner reassured me that she would refund me if this was the case. I have requested my money back several times and the last response I got was "for what must I refund you?" Just incredibly rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend!
+- 10 min after logging a request for removal at Breede Valley Fire Brigade & Rescue Service. Sandy's Eden was on scene to collect the small kitten body and safely take care of it . What truly amazing and speedy service ! Thank you for all you do the nice & not so nice ,like this - much appriciated .
I am so sad and disappointed. My stepmother contacted on the 7th of December and I contacted today after arriving for holiday in Worcester..and yet again no attempt to assist with a VERY sick fly and ant infested cat. I am so heartbroken by the unwilling assistant. Feel helpless and contact the only people I know or thought could help.
