Food Lover's Market New Market Mall

Would you say Foodlovers are now scamming customers? We spend money here bcos of the stamps and promotional offers. I completed two cards and this was way within their claiming period. Was onto my 3rd card. They refuse to provide more stamps or come clean with their promotion terms and conditions. I was asked to call head office by the manager. The right thing I assumed was for the manager to take my number and report the incident internally to whomever necessary. I was wrong. Anyways call head office speak to the project manager that was challenged by me as she stated that she runs many large projects with no hiccups. So, I said we'll clearly not as your project failed, you cannot fulfill your t&c . I cannot claim my pieces of pan as you so advertised. She then started to compare dogs and me being a fur lover got really upset. Exacty what has dogs got to do with this.She put the phone down without any resolution. Also why are we scared to expose these companies as south africans. This is happening so often around us. Poor service repeatedly. So scammers or not let me know.

I buy my weekly groceries at the Newmarket store and my husband will always buy eisbein from the deli. It's unfortunate that it's Christmas today the shop is closed as l bought eisbein for myself and hubby yesterday. When we warmed the meat up it smelled sour then l assumed it's the basting. We ate the meat and l woke up with food poisoning. It's Christmas and l am sick that meat is so expensive. I am really disappointed 😞 l want a solution to this not just an apology. I will go into to the branch if l have too.

I visited the store today with my disabled father. Upon entering my dad slipped and fell no one assisted me to even pick him up ... I further went in to speak to the Manager and when I arrived at the spot where my dad fell there were workers clearing up the water which simply clarifies that they did notice but still didn't assist with the incident. The manager kept telling me he'll have to look at the footage as if I was lying and just an apology. If my dad had to sustain any injuries would that apology do anything. He didn't even take my number to check on my dad instead he was worried about taking my number to call me when the specials will be delivered. Pathetic if you ask me, it's all about making money not the safety of the customers

To be honest,I just go to food lovers for their nuts and sweets that you can help yourself with as to how much you want....I go at least twice a week for watermelon sweets and chocolate hazelnuts. The best!! From this photo, I'll need to be going soon again. 😆.

False Advertisement. Please rectify, can't be mislead by such a respected outlet. Salmon pricing. After posting my initial review, I was then addressed by a Sibusiso who has no customer relations skills hence it is now a one star. It has seemingly become a norm of how people treat customers in the current age.

This was an amazing meal made by the chef at Food Lovers Market , New Market mall. A delicious seared salmon salad with veg and avocado. Five star treatment and definitely coming back for more! Delicious thank you chef!!
