I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic enough for spaying and neutering my Cat Marcel and dog Lady Faye. The staff were incredibly caring and made sure my pets felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and I appreciated how patient and supportive the team was. Both procedures went perfectly, and my pets is currently in recovery thanks to the excellent aftercare guidance. It’s clear that this clinic truly loves animals and takes their health seriously. I would gladly trust them again and recommend them to any pet parent looking for compassionate, reliable veterinary care.

What phenominal Vets. Going the extra mile for those in need. They have sterilized close to 200 animals frol Jacksons Township year to date. We are truly blessed to have them. I have nothing but high praise for every member of this veterinary practice. Over several years the reception staff, the veterinary assistants and all the veterinarians have been amazing, We had to say goodbye to our old boy Bruno after eleven years. He was a pavement rescue and incredibly special to our family. Bringing him in to his end was very difficult. Dr Lisa was so kind and settled us on a blanket in the shade of a tree in the garden. Bruno just quietly went to sleep. Thank you Dr Lisa and all staff.

I have never experienced such incredible service in such a tragic time. On arrival the gentleman in reception quickly assisted me by opening a file with speed and efficiency. The most kind gentleman came to assist me to carry my dog inside. The vet was incredible I believe her name may have been Lisa. Unfortunately I had to put my dog down today, but I have to say, the care and compassion i felt from all the staff made this tragedy a tiny bit better. I feel like I was able to send my beautiful dog off with dignity and for that I will be eternally grateful. This will be my new vet from now one. Sadly, we had to put down our beloved Chessnut last Friday. Heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their compassion, care and kindness during and after the entire process. ❤️

I've been to 4 different vets in the area over the years - and this is by far the best vet. What really stood out is i found a dog at the dumps with a serious infection and a high risk of dying. Hennie Albert's Vet treated him for free and we managed to save him.

Highly recommended!! Thank you for taking care of my Pip, even though he gave everyone the Evil eye after being treated😁 He is still feeling very sorry for himself! Thank you for being so loving and caring with our fur babies 🤗
